A quick and easy snack for evening hunger pangsPANEER BHURJI ROLLIngredients250 grams cottage cheese (paneer), grated4 hot dog buns1 tablespoon oil 1 teaspoon cumin seeds (jeera)2 green chillies, chopped½ teaspoon finely chopped ginger1 medium onion, finely chopped1 medium tomato, finely choppedSalt to taste ½ teaspoon red chilli powder¼ teaspoon turmeric powder1 tablespoon chopped fresh coriander leavesGreen chutney as required Sliced onions for topping Method1. Heat oil in a non-stick pan. Add cumin seeds and sauté till seeds change colour. 2. Add green chillies and ginger and sauté well. Add onion, mix and sauté till it turns light brown. 3. Add tomato and salt, mix and cook till it turns soft and pulpy. Add chilli powder and turmeric powder and mix well. 4. Add cottage cheese, mix well and cook for 2 minutes. Add coriander leaves and mix well. Remove from heat. 5. Slit the buns from centre without cutting through. Spread some chutney on the inside and stuff with a portion of paneer bhurji.6.
