PANEER BHURJI SANDWICHIngredients250 grams cottage cheese (paneer), grated8 bread slices2 tablespoons oil1 teaspoon cumin seeds2 green chillies, finely chopped1 medium onion finely chopped¼ teaspoon turmeric powder3 tablespoons fresh coriander choppedSalt to tasteButter as requiredGreen chutney as requiredMethod1. Heat oil in an nonstick pan, add cumin seeds and once it changes colour add green chillies and sauté for a minute.2. Add onion and cook till golden brown in colour. Add turmeric and saute for 2 seconds.3. Add cottage cheese, coriander and salt, cook for 3-4 minutes. Set aside.4. Place the bread slices on a board and apply butter on one bread slice. Then apply chutney, spread the paneer mixture on top. Cover with the other bread slice and apply butter on top.5.
