Basmati Rice - 2 Cups2. Cottage Cheese - 300 Grams3. Onions - 34. Curd - 1/2 Cup5. Coriander Leaves - 1/2 Cup6. Mint Leaves - 1/2 Cup7. Boiled Peas - 1/2 Cup8. Carrots - 1/2 Cup9. Salt - 2 Teaspoons10. Lemon Juice - 2 Tablespoons11. Chilli Powder - 2 Teaspoons12. Cumin Seeds Powder - 1 Teaspoon13. Ginger Garlic Paste - 1 1/2 Teaspoon14. Coriander Seeds Powder - 2 Teaspoons15. Garam Masala Powder - 1/2 Teaspoon16. Turmeric Powder -1/2 Teaspoon17. Cinnamon Sticks - 3 Small Pieces18. Cardamom - 319. Cloves - 520. Shahjeera - 1 Teaspoon21. Bay Leaves - 3Soak basmati rice for 1/2 hourHere I cut 300 grams cottage cheese into piecesFry the cottage cheese piecesThis step is optionalHeat 1 tablespoon oil in panFry the cottage cheese pieces till they brownMove them into a plateDice the onions and fry till they turn brownThey need to be deep friedHeat oil in a pan and fry onions on high flame till they turn brownMove them into a plateCottage cheese pieces need to be marinated firstTo a bowl, add 1 cup curd.
