For Frying Paneer2 cups triangular paneer (cottage cheese) pieces2 tsp ginger (adrak)1 1/2 tsp chilli paste1/4 cup cornfloursalt and to taste1/4 cup oil1 cup lettuce / cabbageFor The Sauce2 tbsp oil2 tsp finely chopped garlic (lehsun)2 tsp finely chopped ginger (adrak)1/4 cup chopped spring onions whites1/2 cup onion cubes1 cup triangular coloured capsicum cubes2 tbsp schezwan sauce2 tsp red chilli sauce1 tsp green chilli sauce2 tsp soy sauce1 tbsp cornfloursalt to taste2 tbsp finely chopped spring onion greensMethodFor frying paneerTo make paneer hot pan, in a deep bowl, add paneer cubes, ginger garlic paste, green chilli paste and salt. Mix well.Add cornflour and coat the paneer pieces well.Heat oil in a broad non-stick pan, and shallow fry the paneer pieces till golden brown and crisp. Drain on an absorbent paper.
