PANEER HOT PAN #shorts

For Frying Paneer
2 cups triangular paneer (cottage cheese) pieces
2 tsp ginger (adrak)
1 1/2 tsp chilli paste
1/4 cup cornflour
salt and to taste
1/4 cup oil
1 cup lettuce / cabbage

For The Sauce
2 tbsp oil
2 tsp finely chopped garlic (lehsun)
2 tsp finely chopped ginger (adrak)
1/4 cup chopped spring onions whites
1/2 cup onion cubes
1 cup triangular coloured capsicum cubes
2 tbsp schezwan sauce
2 tsp red chilli sauce
1 tsp green chilli sauce
2 tsp soy sauce
1 tbsp cornflour
salt to taste
2 tbsp finely chopped spring onion greens
Method

For frying paneer
To make paneer hot pan, in a deep bowl, add paneer cubes, ginger garlic paste, green chilli paste and salt. Mix well.
Add cornflour and coat the paneer pieces well.
Heat oil in a broad non-stick pan, and shallow fry the paneer pieces till golden brown and crisp. Drain on an absorbent paper. Keep aside.
