Ingredients Quantity
Water 2 cup
Medium dice onions 3 no's
Whole Cashew nuts 15 pieces
Melon seeds 1tbsp
Malai Paneer 250 gms
Ginger garlic paste 1tbsp
Salt 1tsp
Black pepper powder 1tsp
Mint powder 1/2tsp
Cardamom powder 1/2tsp
Kasuri Methi 1/2tsp
Corn starch 1tbsp
Water 2tbsp
Water 1/4cup
Oil 1tbsp
Bay leaf 2 to 3no's
Ginger garlic paste 1tsp
Water 1- 1/2cup
Oil 1 tbsp
Oil 1tsp
Green chilies slits 3 to 4 no's
Ginger julienne 1tbsp
Butter 2tbsp
Curd 2tsp
Black pepper crushed 1 tsp
Mint powder 1tsp
Kasuri methi 1tsp
Garam masala tsp
Cardamom powder tsp
Salt to taste
Fresh Cream cup
Mint powder for garnish
Crushed black pepper for garnish
Saffron strands for garnish
Method
In a kadhai add water, onions, cashew nuts ,melon seeds & let it get boil
Cut the paneer in to cubes
In a bowl add ginger garlic paste, salt, black pepper powder, mint powder, cardamom powder, kasuri methi, corn, starch water as required mix it well.
Now marinate the paneer
Strain the mixture
Add water and grind the mixture
In a kadhai add oil ,bay leaf , ginger garlic paste, masala mixture, mix it well n close it with a lid.
Add water to it and mix it properly
Take a grill pan an add oil to it
Now grill the paneer and then remove in a plate
Add oil in the kadhai, green chilies, ginger julienne, butter, mix it well
Strain the gravy
Now add curd and mix it well
Add black pepper powder, mint powder, kasuri methi, garam masala, cardamom powder ,salt and miss it well.
Add Fresh cream and mix it well
Then add paneer to the gravy and mix it well
Remove it in a serving bowl
Garnish it with some mint powder , black pepper powder, saffron strands
Serve hot
