Paneer Moong Toast | Sanjeev Kapoor Khazana

Paneer and Moong stuffing toasted on a bread slice.

PANEER GREEN MOONG TOAST

Ingredients

1½ cups grated Paneer
½ cup sprouted green moong
8 white bread slices
2 tbsps chopped fresh coriander
1-2 fresh red chillies, chopped
Salt to taste
2 tbsps sweet chilli sauce
White sesame seeds as required

Method

1. Preheat oven at 180 degrees celcius.
2. Combine paneer, sprouted moong, fresh coriander, red chillies, saltand mix well.
3. Use a cookie cutter to cut roundels of the bread slices. Spread a portion of the prepared mixture and sprinkle sesame seeds on each roundel.
4. Bake at 180 degrees for 5-10 minutes.
5. Serve hot.
