Ingredients:-
Upwaas ka aata: 1 cup
Boiled Potato, peeled & mashed: 2
Grated paneer: 1 cup
Cumin powder: 1 teaspoon
Chopped Coriander: 2 tablespoons
Sendha namak to taste
Ghee for cooking

Method of preparation
Mix all the ingredients together in a bowl. Add small amounts of water to knead a stiff dough.
Now roll out small portions of the dough in paratha shape.
Cook the paratha over a flat pan, on both sides, until golden brown in colour.
