Ingredients:

For Pasanda:
• About 8oz paneer, 9 thin slices of paneer, they are about 1x3 inch of slices, I am using store bought paneer,
• 2 tablespoons fresh shredded coconut, I am using frozen shredded coconut
• 1/4 teaspoon salt
• 1 tablespoon cilantro finely chopped, hara dhania
• 2 teaspoons green chili finely chopped, adjust to taste

For Batter:
• 1/4 cup corn starch or arrowroot
• About 3 tablespoons water
Also need about 3 tablespoons of oil to shallow fry
Ingredients for Gravy:
• 2 cups of chopped tomatoes (3 med tomatoes)
• 1 tablespoon chopped ginger
• 1 tablespoon coriander powder (dhania)
• 1 tablespoon oil
• 1/2 teaspoon cumin seeds (jeera)
• 1/8 teaspoon asafetida (hing)
• 1/4 teaspoon turmeric (haldi)
• 1 teaspoon red chili powder, adjust to taste
• 1/4 cup cashew powder
• 1 teaspoon salt
• 1/4 cup heavy cream, or cream
• 1/4 teaspoon garam masala
• 2 tablespoons chopped cilantro hara dhania
