Paneer Tikka Toast Ingredients1 tbsp mustard (rai / sarson) oil1 1/2 tsp chilli powder1 tsp coriander-cumin seeds (dhania-jeera) powder1 tsp chaat masala1 tsp dried fenugreek leaves (kasuri methi)salt to taste16 paneer (cottage cheese) cubes4 toasted bread slices4 tsp butter4 tsp tandoori mayonnaise2 tsp green chutney2 tsp tomato ketchup16 capsicum cubes16 onion cubes8 tbsp grated processed cheesedry red chilli flakes (paprika) for sprinklingdried oregano for sprinklingMethodIn a deep bowl, add mustard oil, chilli powder, coriander-cumin seeds powder, chaat masala, dry fenugreek leaves, salt and mix well.Add the paneer cubes and toss gently. Keep aside.Take a toasted bread slice on a clean, dry surface.Apply 1 tsp butter, 1 tsp tandoori mayonnaise, tsp green chutney and tsp tomato ketchup evenly over it.Place 4 pieces of paneer on it.
