Try making your beloved pani puri in three new flavours.

PANI PURI FLAVOURS

Ingredients

For Hing Jeera
¼ tsp asafoetida (hing)
1 ½ tsp roasted cumin powder
½ tsp chaat masala
Black salt to taste
For classic
2 tbsps freshly chopped coriander leaves
3 tbsps mint leaves
1 green chilli, chopped
Black salt to taste
2 tsps pani puri masala
2 tsps lemon juice
For lahsun mirch
1 tbsp garlic, chopped
½ tsp cumin seeds (jeera)
Black salt to taste
½ tsp chaat masala
1 tsp red chilli powder
For stuffing
2 medium potatoes, boiled and peeled
2 tbsps freshly chopped coriander leaves
Black salt to taste
½ tsp chaat masala
½ tsp chilli powder

Method

1. For hing jeera flavour, add hing, roasted cumin powder, chaat masala, black salt, 1 cup water in a large bowl and mix well.
2. For classic, add coriander leaves, mint leaves, green chilli, black salt, pani puri masala, 1 cup of water, lemon juice in a blender jar and grind into fine paste.
3. For lahsun mirch, garlic, jeera, black salt, chaat masala, red chilli powder , 1 cup water in a blender jar and grind into fine paste.
4. Mashed potatoes in a mixing bowl, add coriander, black salt, chaat masala, red chilli powder and mix well.
5. Make a cavity in a centre on puri, add prepared mixture and pour all 3 prepared flavoured pani.
