For hing jeera flavour, add hing, roasted cumin powder, chaat masala, black salt, 1 cup water in a large bowl and mix well.2. For classic, add coriander leaves, mint leaves, green chilli, black salt, pani puri masala, 1 cup of water, lemon juice in a blender jar and grind into fine paste. 3. For lahsun mirch, garlic, jeera, black salt, chaat masala, red chilli powder , 1 cup water in a blender jar and grind into fine paste.4. Mashed potatoes in a mixing bowl, add coriander, black salt, chaat masala, red chilli powder and mix well.5. Make a cavity in a centre on puri, add prepared mixture and pour all 3 prepared flavoured pani.
