Pani Puri | సింపుల్ గా ఇంట్లోనే పానీ పూరి ఇలా చేస్కోండి| Golgappa,Gupchup | Complete Pani Puri Preparation Video With Simple Tips

Ingredients:
Puri
Semolina: 1 Cup
Wheat Flour: 1/4 Cup
Salt: a pinch
Water: as required
Oil: as needed for deep frying
Paani
Mint Leaves: 1/2 a Cup
Coriander Leaves: 1/2 a Cup
Green Chilies: 2 to 3 Numbers
Ginger: 1 inched piece cut into pieces
Tamarind: 2 to 3 Reeds
Water: as required
Cumin Powder: a Teaspoon
Black Salt: a Teaspoon
Pepper Powder: 1/2 a Teaspoon
Salt: 1/2 a Teaspoon
Lemon Juice: 1/2 a squeeze
Stuffing
Chick Peas: as required (any dried Peas, soaked and boiled)
Potatoes: 2 No's Boiled and peeled
Cumin Powder: 1/2 a Teaspoon
Chili Powder: 1 Teaspoon or as needed
Coriander Powder: 1 Teaspoon
Salt: 1/2 a Teaspoon
Chaat Masala: 1/2 a Teaspoon


Method of Preparation:
Tasty, delicious recipe and everyone's favourite street style Paani Puri.
Will, go with a complete recipe of Puri, stuffing, and Paani preparation at home hygienically.
For Puri preparation, to a mixing bowl take a cup of Semolina ( Upma Rava), 1/4 Cup of Wheat Flour add a pinch of salt.
Mix them all together, add water and knead it into a tight dough, knead it well for min 5 to 6 minutes.
Cover it with a wet kitchen towel, and let it rest for 1/2 an hour.
To prepare Paani to mixie jar add 1/2 a cup of Mint and Coriander Leaves each and 2 to 3 Green Chilies.
Add a piece of an inched Ginger cut into pieces, 2 to 3 reeds of Tamarind Reeds, and some water and grind it into a fine paste.
Transfer the paste to a bowl, with a sieve/strainer. Add 3 to 4 glasses of water or as required to strain it well.
To the strained water add 1 Tsp of roasted Cumin powder, a Tsp of Black salt as it enhances the taste of the water.
Add 1/2 a Tsp of Pepper Powder, 1/2 a Tsp of Salt mix them all together, and adjust the taste accordingly.
Add 1/2 a squeeze of Lemon Juice mix well and the Paani is ready.
Now, will prepare the stuffing. Chick Peas or Dried Green Peas or Dried peas are used. They are soaked and boiled.
Take 2 boiled and peeled Potatoes, add them to a bowl.
Add 1/2 a Tsp of Cumin Powder, a Tsp of Chili Powder, or as per our taste, 1 Tsp of Coriander Powder, and 1/2 a tsp of Salt.
Add 1/2 a Tsp of Chaat Masala or as required, mix them all well and the stuffing is ready as well.
Now, will prepare the Puri's, take a portion of the dough, cover the remaining dough with the cloth.
Roll it into a big Roti/Chapathi moderately, not too thin or thick. Cut them into small puris with a cutter or a sharp-edged bowl.
Take off the excess dough after molding them all, place them all on a plate and deep fry them after a while.
Heat oil in a thick bottomed pan to deep fry the Puris, in batches. Oil should be Hot.
When a Puri, comes up in the oil, press it let fry it for some time so that they become crisp.
Fry them all until light brown, Puris are ready.
Serve them, with stuffing and Paani and relish it.
