PANNER KABAB | Vahchef - VahRehVah

paneer kebab is made up of tandoori marination and it is cooked in home style.

Ingredients:
Panner 250 Grams
Coriander seeds 1 Teaspoons
Cumin seeds 1 Teaspoons
Peppercorns 10 Numbers
Salt 1 0
chick pea flour 1 Tablespoons
Turmeric 1 Pinch
Chat masala 1 Teaspoons
Ginger garlic paste 1/2 Teaspoons
Garam masala powder 1/2 Teaspoons
Chilli flakes 1/2 Teaspoons
Hung curd 1 Tablespoons
Coriander (chopped) 1/2 Bunch
Lemon juice 1 Teaspoons
Cashew nut powder 2 Tablespoons
Onion (cubes) 1 Numbers
Bell pepper (green and red) 1 Numbers

Directions:
1.Heat a pan and add the Coriander seeds, cumin seeds, Peppercorns dry roast all the ingredients then put it into the pestle and add little salt and crush it and use this in the kabab.

2.For marination Take a bowl add oil, chick pea flour, turmeric, chat masala, salt, ginger garlic paste, garam masala powder, chilli flakes, hung curd, chopped coriander, lime juice and also add cashew nut powder mix the all ingredients together.

3.In this add paneer pieces and coat the mixture in each piece. 4.Then add the onion dices , green and Red bell pepper coat the mixture all together.

5.Heat the oil in a tawa and place the paneer pieces and cook it for one side then turn it other side and also add the coated onions and bell peppers in the centre of the tawa and cook the vegetables along with the paneer.

6 Add the prepared crush powder, little bit of chat masala, squeeze lemon juice and cook it for 2 minutes then switch off the flame.

7.Serve this with mint chutney.
