PAPAD CHAATIngredients1 garlic papad1 urad dal papad1 punjabi masala papad2 tbsps chopped raw mango1 small tomato, finely chopped1 small onion, finely chopped½ small cucumber, finely chopped2 green chillies, chopped2 tbsps freshly chopped coriander leaves + for garnish2 tbsps fried onion½ tsp Tata Sampann Red Chilli PowderSalt to taste1 tsp roasted cumin powder½ tsp chaat masala½ tsp dried mango powder (amchur)1½ tbsps gheeNylon sev for garnishMethod1. Roast garlic papad, urad dal papad, punjabi masala papad, on a direct fire and place them in a bowl and crush them.2. Add raw mango, tomato, onion, cucumber, green chillies, chopped coriander and fried onion.3. Add Tata Sampann Red Chilli Powder, salt, roasted cumin powder, chaat masala, amchur, and drizzle ghee. Mix till well combined.4. Transfer into a serving plate, garnish with sev and chopped coriander.
