Roasted papad shaped into cones stuffed with chatpata mixture.PAPAD CONESIngredients4 papads1 cup green gram, boiled 2 tbsp chopped tomatoes2 tbsp chopped onions1 tbsp chopped raw mango1 tbsp fresh coriander 1 tbsp sev + for garnish1 chopped green chilli¼ tsp chaat masalaSalt to taste ¼ tsp roasted cumin powder¼ tsp red chilli powderJuice of ½ lemonCoriander sprig for garnishMethod1. Cut papads in half and roast each on a non-stick tawa. Shape into a cone while still warm.2. Take boiled green gram in a bowl. Add chopped tomatoes, onions, raw mango, fresh coriander, sev, green chillies, chaat masala, salt, roasted cumin powder, red chilli powder, lemon juice and mix well.3. Fill the prepared mixture in the papad cones. 4. Garnish with sev and coriander sprig.5.
