Paprika Chicken Wings & Drums Recipe - Crispy Chicken WITHOUT Frying Thai Girl in the Kitchen

Hi! It's Pam :) Today's recipe is Paprika Chicken Wings + Drumsticks.
A finger-licking meal for the game or movie nights with side dish of your choice.

In this video, we're going to do the "oven-baked" yet still crispy.

Recipe: Paprika Chicken Wings | Thai Girl in the Kitchen

Chicken;
1 kg. Wings/Drumsticks or BOTH..why not :)
2 tsp Salt
1-2 tsp Black/White Pepper
50 g. Cornstarch


Sauce;
3 cloves Garlic
1 Onion
2 tbsp Unsalted Butter
4 tbsp Oyster Sauce
3 tbsp Light Soy Sauce
1 tbsp White Vinegar
4 tbsp Sugar
6 tbsp Paprika Powder
2 cup Water



Oven bake at 200*c [400*F]
The time depends on what part of chicken you're using or if you cut the wings separately to little drums and flats.
If you cook the whole wings : ~ 40 mins
If you cut to smaller parts : ~ 20 mins

Flip time to time until cooked&crispy
