Parmesan Garlic Chicken Poppers Sanjeev Kapoor Khazana

This fun way to have chicken is to give these bite-sized chicken pieces, a lovely flavourful coating and then deep frying it. Sure does make it crunchy and easy to have.

PARMESAN GARLIC CHICKEN POPPERS

Ingredients

300 grams chicken breast boneless, cut into 1 inch pieces
Salt to taste
1 tsp red chilli powder
tsp dried mixed herbs
1 tsp onion powder
1 egg
Black pepper powder to taste
2 cups panko
2 tsps garlic powder
1 tsp smoked paprika
1 tbsps butter
1 tsp chopped garlic
2 tbsps parsley, chopped
cup parmesan cheese powder
Method

1. Take chicken in a large bowl, add salt, red chilli powder, dried mixed herbs, and onion powder and mix well. Set aside for 5-10 minutes.
2. Break the egg in a bowl, add salt and black pepper powder and whisk well.
3. Take panko on a large plate, add garlic powder and smoked paprika and mix well.
4. Coat chicken piece in corn flour, dip in the egg, and coat with panko crumbs.
5. Heat sufficient oil in a kadai. Gently slide in the chicken pieces and deep fried till golden brown and crisp. Drain on an absorbent paper.
6. Heat butter in a pan, add garlic and saut till golden brown, add parsley and mix well. Add fired chicken and mix well.
7. Add parmesan cheese powder and mix well. Serve
