Who knew you could make Pasta this way!PASTA CHAATIngredients1½ cups boiled macaroniOil for deep frying1 small potato, boiled, peeled and cut into ½ inch cubes1 small onion, finely chopped1 small tomato, finely chopped1 tbsp finely chopped raw mango2 tbsps freshly chopped coriander leaves¼ tsp red chilli powderBlack salt to taste½ tsp chaat masala½ tbsp green chutney1½ tbsps date and tamarind chutney½ tbsp red chilli-garlic chutneyWhisked yogurt as requiredSev for garnishPomegranate pearls for garnishMethod1. Heat sufficient oil in a kadai, deep fry the pasta till golden and crisp. Drain on an absorbent paper.2. Transfer the pasta into a bowl, add potato, onion, tomato, raw mango, chopped coriander, red chilli powder, black salt, chaat masala, green chutney, date and tamarind chutney and red chilli-garlic chutney. Mix well.3. Transfer into serving bowls and drizzle yogurt.
