A full plate of nutrition, this pasta recipe with baked beans and healthy veggies is enjoyable for kids and adults both.PASTA HOT POTIngredients1½ cups fusilli pasta 1 tbsp olive oil1 tbsp finely chopped garlic10-12 cauliflower florets¼ cup fresh green peas1 medium carrot, cut into ½ inch cubes4-5 button mushrooms, thickly sliced 1 tsp dried mixed herbs½ tsp dried red chilli flakesCrushed black peppercorns to tasteSalt to taste3 cups vegetable stock¾ cup baked beansParmesan cheese powder for garnishFresh rosemary for garnishToasted garlic bread to serveMethod 1. Press “sauté” button on the Nutripot, add olive oil and let it heat up. Add garlic and sauté for 1 minute. 2. Add cauliflower, green peas, carrot, mushrooms and sauté for 1-2 minutes.3. Add dried mixed herbs, dried red chilli flakes, crushed black peppercorns, salt and mix well.4. Add pasta, vegetable stock and adjust salt. Add baked beans and mix well.5. Press “cancel”, cover and press “rice” button (i.e for 10 minutes) on the Nutripot.6. Once 10 minutes are over, the cooker will go on “Keep Warm” mode, press “Cancel” and let the pressure settle down, open the Nutripot lid. 7. Transfer in a serving bowl, garnish with parmesan cheese powder and fresh rosemary.
