Penne pasta cooked with creole sauce PASTA IN CREOLE SAUCEIngredients200 gms penne pasta, boiled2 medium onions3 tbsps oil1½ inch ginger6-7 garlic cloves1½ cups tomato concasse2 green chillies2 fresh thyme sprigsA few curly parsley sprigsSalt to taste2 tbsps extra virgin olive oilMethod1. Horizontally slice onion. Heat oil in a non-stick wok, add onion. Finely chop ginger and add to the wok. Crush garlic cloves and add. Mix and saute.2. Add penne and tomato concasse. 3. Diagonally slice green chilli and add and mix well. 4. Add ¼ cup water and thyme. Chop curly parsley and add along with salt and mix.5.
