Pasta tossed with mushrooms and chicken in parmesan sauce with crunch of chopped walnuts.PASTA IN PARMESAN SAUCE Ingredients 1½ cups boiled quinoa pastaParmesan cheese as required1 tablespoon olive oil 1½ tablespoons finely chopped garlic1 cup chopped shimeji mushrooms1 cup chopped button mushrooms1½ tablespoons refined flour (maida)1 cup milk 75 grams boneless chicken, cut into pieces 6-8 walnuts, roughly chopped 10-12 small broccoli florets, blanched 5-6 babycorn, blanched and diagonally slicedSalt to taste 1 teaspoon red chilli flakes4-5 fresh basil leavesFresh basil sprig for garnishing Method 1. Heat olive oil in a non-stick pan. Add garlic, shimeji and button mushrooms, toss and cook for 2 minutes. 2. Add flour and mix well. Add milk, stir and bring to a boil. 3. Add chicken and mix well. Add walnuts, broccoli and babycorn and mix well. 4. Add pasta and salt, stir well. Add chilli flakes, torn basil leaves and grate in cheese, mix till the cheese melts. 5.
