This authentic pasta in pesto is simple, delicious and evergreen, quite literally!PASTA IN PESTOIngredients2 cups boiled spaghetti 10 grams Parmesan cheesePesto 15-20 fresh basil leaves5-6 garlic cloves1 tablespoon pine nuts2 tablespoons grated parmesan cheeseCrushed black peppercorns to tasteSalt to taste3 tablespoons olive oilMethod1. To prepare pesto, grind together garlic cloves, pine nuts, parmesan cheese, crushed peppercorns, salt, basil leaves and olive oil to a smooth paste. Transfer in a bowl. 2. Heat a non-stick pan. Add spaghetti and pesto, mix and cook for 1-2 minutes.3.
