PATEL MUTTON CURRY | Vahchef - VahRehVah

This rustic lambadi style meat preparation made with simple ingredients.

Ingredients:
Mutton 500 Grams
Oil 50 ml
Onion (chopped) 1 Numbers
Green chilli 4 Numbers
Ginger 3 Numbers
Garlic 5 Clove
Turmeric 1/4 Teaspoons
Salt To taste
Coriander powder 1 Teaspoons
Red chilli powder 2 Teaspoons
Tomato puree 1/2 Cup
Mint 1 Bunch
Coriander leaves 1 Bunch
Garam masala 1/2 Teaspoons

Directions:
1. Heat oil in a pressure cooker add chopped onions, green chilli, ginger and garlic pieces, turmeric, salt, saute it for few minutes,

2. Transfer into a blender and make it into a coarse paste. In the same pressure cooker add in some oil and mutton pieces, coriander powder, red chilli powder and saute for few minutes till mutton fried evenly.

3. Add blended masala to the pressure cooker and mix well till the masala coat well, and add some tomato puree and add some water and cook for 2 whistles till mutton is tender and cooked Remove pressure and add chopped pudina, coriander leaves and garam masala powder.

4. serve hot.
