Delicious vadas made with sorghum and mint leaves.PAUNK K VADEIngredients1 cup raw sorghum (paunk)½ cup mint leavesSalt to taste1 tsp red chilli powder¼ tsp turmeric powder½ tsp chaat masalaA pinch of baking soda3 tbsps gram flour1 medium onion, chopped2 green chillies, chopped½ inch ginger, choppedOil for deep fryingTomato ketchup to serveMethod 1. In a food processor, add paunk, mint leaves, salt, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, chaat masala, baking soda, gram flour, onion, green chillies, ginger and process the mixture to a coarse paste.2. Heat oil in a non-stick pan, drop small portions of the prepared mix and deep fry till crispy and golden. Drain on an absorbent paper.3.
