Check out the recipe here- https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ZMD_bsx37Oc&t=11sPAV BHAJIIngredients4 medium potatoes, boiled, peeled and grated 8 pavs1½ tablespoons pav bhaji masala + for sprinkling 1 tablespoon oil 2 medium onions, finely chopped1 tablespoon ginger-garlic paste 3 medium tomatoes, finely chopped1 tablespoon tomato paste ¼ cup boiled and mashed carrots1 medium green capsicum, finely chopped1 tablespoon butter + as required 1 tablespoon finely chopped fresh coriander leaves Method1. Heat oil in a deep non-stick pan. Add half of onion and sauté till translucent. 2. Add ginger-garlic paste, tomatoes, tomato paste and carrots, mix well and cook till tomatoes turn soft and pulpy. 3. Add salt and 1 tablespoon pav bhaji masala, mix well and cook for 2 minutes. Add potatoes and water as required, mix well, cover and cook for 2 minutes. 4. Add capsicum and mix well. Add some more water and remaining pav bhaji masala, mix well and simmer for a minute. 5. Add butter and coriander leaves, mix well, cover and simmer for 5 minutes. 6. Halve pavs horizontally, apply some butter and sprinkle some pav bhaji masala on them. Serve with hot bhaji.
