Preparation Time: 15 mins Cooking Time: 5 mins Total Time: 20 mins Makes 4 pav sandwiches.For Pav Sandwich4 ladi pav , slit horizontally6 tsp butter2 tsp garlic chutney4 tsp finely chopped coriander (dhania)8 boiled and peeled thick potato slices8 tomato slices4 sliced onionsTo Be Mixed Into A Masala1 1/2 tsp pav bhaji masala1/2 tsp garam masala1 tsp coriander-cumin seeds (dhania-jeera) powdersalt to taste1. To make pav sandwich, divide the masala into 4 equal portions and keep aside.2. Heat 1 tsp of butter on a non-stick tava (griddle), add tsp of garlic chutney and one portion of the prepared masala and saut on a medium flame for a few seconds.3. Add the coriander and mix well. Place the pav over it and cook it on a medium flame for a minute or till the masala coats the pav evenly from both the sides.4. Place the pav on a serving plate, stuff it with 2 potato slices, 2 tomato slices and 1 onion slice and press it gently.5. Repeat steps 2 to 4 to make 3 more pav sandwiches.6.
