Preheat the oven at 130˚C, line a baking tray with parchment sheet and set aside.2. Separate egg whites from the egg yolk. Beat the egg whites until foamy. Squeeze lemon and beat again. 3. Gradually add castor sugar, beating continuously till it reaches stiff peaks. 4. Add vanilla essence, vinegar and beat again. Add corn starch and beat till well combined.5. Transfer the mixture into a piping bag fitted with a star nozzle. Pipe out the mixture on the baking tray and for a circle. Bake for 1 hour and allow to cool to room temperature.6. Transfer the pavlova on a serving plate. Crack the centre, pipe out whipped cream, garnish with fresh blueberries, fresh cherries and mint leaves.
