Moong dal 1/4 cupUrad dal 1/2 spoonBlack Channa 1/4 cupBroken wheat 1/4 cupPeanuts 1/4 cupDal -1/4Horse gram 1/4 cupGreen peas -1/4 cupKidney beans 1/4 cupCoconut milk( 1 milk ) & (2nd milk ) 1 cup eachJaggary - 500 gmCashew nuts - 1 hand fullGrapes - 1 hand fullGhee 3 table spoonSoak the lentils for 3 to 4 hrs or overnight and cook in low flame in a cooker for 15/20 min.In another vessel add ghee then fry the cashew nuts and grapes and keep aside.In the same vessel add 1 more spoon of oil and add the cooked lentils.Stir well and mash the balls in it add the jaggery water and allow it to cook for 10 min by closing the lid.Open the lid stir well and add 2nd coconut milk and cook for 5 min.Later add the 1st. Coconut milk and add fried cashews and grapes.Please note that you can even add milk. Instead of coconut milk If so then add sugar instead of jaggery and condense milk. And serve hot Thanks
