Peanut butter, honey, vanilla icecream and brownies beaten together and served with more vanilla icecream

PEANUT BUTTER CHOCOLATE BROWNIE ICECREAM

Ingredients

2 tbsps peanut butter
4 chocolate brownies
8-10 scoops of vanilla ice cream
2 tbsps honey

Method

1. Put honey and peanut butter into a bowl and beat well with an electric beater. Add 5-7 scoops of vanilla ice cream and beat again. Roughly crumble brownies and add to the bowl and continue to beat till smooth.
2. Transfer the mixture into a silicon mould.
3. Put 2 scoops of vanilla ice cream in another bowl and beat well. Spoon dollops of this ice cream over the peanut-vanilla mixture in the mould and create marble effects using a fork.
4. Cover the silicon mould with a lid and refrigerate till frozen.
5. Serve chilled.
