Peanut Butter Smoothie & Peanut Butter Sandwich
Ingredients for Peanut Butter Smoothie:
Bananas 2
Greek yogurt 1/2 cup
Nature’s Own Brand White Oats 2 tbsp
Nature’s Home Brand Peanut butter (Creamy) 1 tbsp
Almond milk 2 cups
Ice cubes as required

Ingredients for Peanut Butter Sandwich:
Sandwich Bread as required
Nature’s Home Brand Peanut butter (Chunky) 2 tbsp
Banana slices as required
Greek yogurt 2 tbsp
Strawberry jam (sugar free) as required
Butter as required

Directions for Peanut Butter Smoothie Preparation:
1. In a blender add Peanut Butter, greek yogurt, oats, bananas, almond milk, and blend well. Your Peanut Butter Smoothie is ready.

2. In a bowl add peanut butter, greek yogurt and mix well. Your Peanut Butter Spread is ready.
3. Take a bread slice and spread prepared peanut butter spread on it. Place banana slices on it
