Preparation Time: 15 minutes.Cooking Time: 15 minutes.Serves 4. 1 cup raw peanuts¼ tsp turmeric powder (haldi)Salt to taste½ cup chopped tomatoes½ cup chopped cucumber¼ cup finely chopped onions2 tbsp finely chopped coriander (dhania)1 tsp finely chopped green chillies½ tsp chilli powder¼ tsp cumin seeds (jeera) powder1½ tsp chaat masala1 tbsp lemon juice2 tbsp sev2 tbsp pomegranate (anar)1. Combine the peanuts, turmeric powder, salt and enough water in a pressure cooker, mix well and pressure cook for 3 whistles.2. Allow the steam to escape before opening the lid.3. Drain and cool it completely.4. Once cooled, put in a deep bowl along with all other ingredients and toss well. Serve immediately.
