Peanut Laddoo | Sanjeev Kapoor Khazana

A quick and simple laddoo recipe perfect for winters.
PEANUT LADDOO

Ingredients

250 grams raw peanuts, roasted and peeled
100 grams jaggery, chopped
1 teaspoon ghee
1 teaspoon green cardamom powder

Method

1. In a blender coarsely crush the peanuts.
2. Heat ghee in a nonstick pan, then add jaggery and once it melts add cardamom powder and crushed peanuts mix well.
3. Remove the mixture on a plate and shape into laddoos.
