Pears Cond is a classic French dessert made with poached pears and rice pudding. It is a rich and flavorful dessert that is perfect for Diwali.

Ingredients quantity
Pears 2 No
Sugar 1 Cup
Water Cup
Parliament gold jumbo basmati rice (soaked) Cup
Milk 3 Cup
Nutmeg powder pinch of
Green cardamom powder Tsp
Water Cup
Rose syrup 2 Tbsp
Green cardamom powder Tsp
Almond chopped 1Tbsp
Walnuts chopped 1 Tbsp
Pistachio chopped 1 Tbsp
Pistachio chopped for garnish
Rose syrup for garnish
Method
1. Take a pears cut into thin and slice shape.
2. Take a kadai on medium flame and add sugar and water make a syrup.
3. Take a kadai on medium flame add milk and soak parliament gold jumbo basmati rice and stir the nonstop.
4. Remove the seeds of slice pears.
5. Add in sugar syrup nutmeg powder, green cardamom powder and slice pears cook them until become a soft.
6. Take a big tray and arrange ripe pears one after the other and pour rose syrup over it.
7. We keep it aside at room temperature.
8. That kadai of milk and rice add pears sugar syrup and stir continuously until becomes thick constancy.
9. Side out the kadai on range and add green cardamom powder.
10. Take a pan on medium flame and add chopped almond, chopped walnuts and chopped pistachio dry roast.
11. Then add dry roasted nuts in that kadai of kheer.
12. Take serving glass and arrange the cook pears in that the and kheer & garnish with pistachio.
