PASTA ARRABBIATA

Ingredients
2 tbsp Olive Oil, जैतून का तेल
6-8 Garlic Cloves, chopped, लहसुन
1 medium Onion, chopped, प्याज
2 cups Tri coloured Bell Pepper, cut in diamond shape, तीन रंग के शिमला मिर्च
1 tbsp Chilli Flakes, कुट्टी हुए लाल मिर्च
1 heaped cup fresh Tomato Puree, टमाटर प्यूरी
Salt to taste, नमक स्वादअनुसार
5-6 Basil Leaves, sliced, तुलसी पत्ते
1 tbsp Lemon Juice, नींबू का रस
1 heaped cup Penne Pasta, cooked, पेने पास्ता
¼ cup Cheese, grated, चीज़

For Garnish
Fresh Basil leaves, तुलसी पत्ते

Process
In a pan, add olive oil, garlic, onion saute for a minute.
Now, add tri coloured bell pepper, chilli flakes, fresh tomato puree and cook it properly.
Add salt to taste and mix well. Add basil leaves, lemon juice, cooked penne pasta.
Toss and cook it for 3-4 minutes. Finish with cheese.
Remove in a serving plate and garnish with Basil leaves.
