Pepper Chilli Prawns is fantastic delicate seafood that is made with small prawns combined with aromatic spices and sauces

Ingredients:
Prawns, small variety 300 Grams
Beaten Egg 2 Teaspoons
Green Chillies, finely chopped 1 Teaspoons
Garlic, finely chopped 1/2 Teaspoons
Pepper powder 1/2 Teaspoons
Red Chilli paste 1/2 Teaspoons
Cornstarch 1 Teaspoons
All-purpose flour 1 Teaspoons
Soya sauce 1/4 Teaspoons
Green Chilli Sauce 1/2 Teaspoons
Sugar 1 Pinch
Vinegar 1 Teaspoons

Directions:1. In a mixing bowl, add in the small variety of prawns, beaten egg, green chillies, garlic, pepper pd, red chili paste, cornstarch, all- purpose flour, soya sauce, green chilli sauce, sugar, vinegar, salt, and lemon juice. Combine all ingredients well. 2. In a plate, put some bread crumbs. Drop the spice coated prawns in the bread crumbs and toss well so that they get coated well. Dust off excess crumb mixture and shift it to another plate. 3. Preheat the Airfryer at 200 degree C for 3 minutes.
4. Open the basket and drop the prawn pieces inside. Air-fry them at 200 degree C for 3 minutes.
5. After 3 minutes, open the basket, brush the prawn pieces with little oil and again air fry for another 3 minutes.
6. Remove and serve hot.
