Preheat oven to 180° C.2. Place baguette slices on a baking tray. Put the tray into the preheated oven and toast for 5 minutes. 3. Heat red wine in a non-stick pan. Add cinnamon, sugar and cook till reduced. 4. To prepare one crostini, spread some ricotta on one toasted baguette slice. Sprinkle some salt and crushed peppercorns.
