INGREDIENTS

For pizza base
220 gm whole wheat flour
50 gm fine semolina
1 tsp salt
1/4 tsp instant dry yeast
1 tsp granulated sugar
2 tbsp room temperature unsalted butter
1-2 tsp oil for greasing
3/4 cup water

For topping
200 gm cheese a blend of mozzarella and cheddar cheese
1 medium sized green pepper cut into long slices
1 medium sized onion cut into slices
1/2 cup sweet corn
100 gm homemade low fat paneer cubed in small pieces
3 tbsp pizza sauce
2 tbsp tomato sauce
1 tbsp oregano
½ tsp red chilli flakes or powder
½ tsp black pepper
