A must-try recipe for this #summer.Watch Full Video on My Youtube Channel@hyderabadiruchuluIngredients:Green Gram Dal: 1 CupWater: as neededTamarind: 2 to 3 Reeds soakedTomatoes: 2 finely choppedOnion: 1 finely choppedGreen Chilies: 4 to 5 slit or as neededSalt: as neededTurmeric Powder: 1/4 TeaspoonCoriander Leaves: a few finely choppedOil: 1 1/2 TablespoonMustard Seeds: 1/2 a TeaspoonCumin Seeds: 1/2 a TeaspoonRed Chilies: 2 to 3Method of Preparation:Take a Cup of Green Gram in a cooker and wash it 2 to 3 times.Add 2 to 2 1/2 Cups of Water and cook it for 2 to 3 whistles.Soak 2 to 3 Reeds of Tamarind and soak it.transferred to a separate pan.Add soaked tamarind pulp, 2 Tomatoes finely chopped, an Onion finely chopped, Add 4 to 5 Green Chilies slit, or as needed. Salt as needed.Add 1/4 Tsp of Turmeric Powder, Chili Powder can also be added if needed.Boil the dal for some time.
