Green chillies (less spicy & roughly chopped) For Kadhai Masala 1 tbsp Black peppercorns, tsp Cumin seeds, 1 tsp Coriander seeds, 1 no. Black cardamom, For Sauteed Veggies1 tbsp Oil, inch Ginger (peeled & roughly sliced) 1 large Onion, diced, 1 large Capsicum, diced, 1 large Tomato, diced, 1 tsp Prepared Kadhai Masala, Salt to taste, tsp Sugar, For Garnish Ginger (peeled & julienned) Green chili, slit into half, Coriander sprig, ProcessFor Peshawari Chicken KadhaiIn a handi or kadhai, add oil, once it's hot, add sugar, chicken, salt to taste and cook it on high flames until golden in color.Add tomatoes and saute it for a while until mushy, take out the tomato skins aside..Add green chillies and cook it for 7-8 minutes or until cooked well.
