Take the onions in a large bowl. Add salt, sugar and mix well. Lightly mix and crush your fingers. Add green chillies and mix. Set aside for 10-15 minutes.2. Add gram flour, refined flour, rice flour, turmeric powder and mix well.3. Heat sufficient oil in a kadai. Gently slide in small portions of the mixture into the hot oil and deep fry till golden brown and crisp. Drain on an absorbent paper.4.
