Bromelain is an enzyme found in pineapple that is a great digestive aid.#अननसचीडाळ#PineappleDal#RuchkarMejwaniSubscribe & Stay Tuned: http://bit.ly/SubscribeToRuchkarMejwaniIngredients:1/2 cup Split Pigeon Peas1 cup Onion1/2 ltr Water1/4 tsp Turmeric Powder1/4 tsp Asafoetida4-5 Green Chillies (slit)1 tbsp Ginger (chopped)1 cup Pineapples (chopped)1 cup WaterSalt1 1/2 cup Coconut Milk1 tsp SugarFor Tempering2 tbsp Coconut Oil10-15 Fenugreek Seeds1 tsp Mustard Seeds1/4 tsp Asafoetida8-10 Curry Leaves1/2 tsp Rasam Powder1/4 cup Coconut (grated)1/4 Coriander LeavesMethod: First put Split Pigeon Peas into the cooker with Onion, Water, Turmeric Powder, Asafoetida then cooks it in the pressure cooker till 3 to 4 whistles.After cooking for 4 whistles in the cooker, switch off the gas and let it cool down. Now add Green Chillies (slit), Ginger (chopped), Pineapples (chopped), Water and Salt. Now let it boil for 5 to 10 minutes in open cooker then add Coconut Milk, Sugar and boil it again for 2 to 3 minutes in mild flame.Now for Tempering let's add Coconut Oil, Fenugreek Seeds, Mustard Seeds, Asafoetida, Curry Leaves turn of the gas and add Rasam Powder now add this tempering on top of the Dal again we will heat up the dal on medium flame.
