Pineapple Jam Barfi || Archana's Rasoi | India Food Network

Archana shows you how you can make your ganesh chaturthi sweets at home, watch the video to know how you can make yummy pineapple jam barfi!

Ingredients:
400g Mawa
1 tbsp Pineapple Jam
Yellow Food Colour
3 tbsp Milk Powder
1Tsp Sugar
Red Food Colour
Edible Foil

Method:
Roast the mawa slightly, till it leaves some oil. Once the mawa is roasted remove some mawa for the second layer. Add pineapple jam in the mawa on the stove and the add some yellow food colour. If the mawa gets too thin then add some milk powder to it.

In the mawa that you had kept aside for the second layer add sugar , red food colour and milk powder. Mix it well, till the consistency is dough like.

Put the red dough in the plastic sheet and flatten it. Then add the pineapple jam mawa to the red layer and roll it with the help of the plastic sheet. Once it is rolled add edible foil on top to make it look pretty. Cut the roll and serve.
