Pineapple Panna | IndianMomsKitchen | Indian Mom's Kitchen

Just like Aam Panna, I have shown how to make Pineapple Panna using a medium sized Pineapple. The Pineapple concentrate can be stored in the refrigerator and served chilled with water whenever required. The various masalas added to this drink gives it a nice sweet and spicy flavour.

Ingredients:
(In the order of instructions)
1 medium-sized Pineapple
1 1/2 cups water
1/4 tsp Turmeric powder
1/2 tsp Red Chilli powder
1/2 tsp Black Salt
1/2 tsp roasted Cumin powder
1/4 tsp Black Pepper powder
1/2 cup Sugar
Juice of 1 Lemon
A little Salt
A little Red Chilli powder
Lemon wedge
Mint leaves
