Garlic cloves, 4-5 no. Green chillies (less spicy & broken into half) 2 large Onion, cut into quarter, 1 tbsp Chili flakes, Salt to taste, 2-3 tbsp Oil, 1 medium Red bell pepper, roughly dice, 3 medium Tomato, roughly diced, 2-3 tbsp Vinegar, 1 tsp Oil, 1 heaped tbsp Degi red chili powder, cup Water, cup Water, For Veg Pasta2 tsp Oil, 2 no. Garlic cloves, crushed, medium Onion, sliced, 8-10 no. Mushrooms (washed & cut into half) 1 cup Prepared Peri Peri Sauce, cup water, Salt to taste, 2 cups Boiled Pasta, cup Fresh cream, cup Cheese, grated, 1 tsp extra Virgin Olive oil, 2-3 no. Cherry tomatoes, cut into half, 2-4 no. Basil leaves, roughly torn, Lemon Zest, For GarnishCheese, grated, Basil leaves, For Non - Veg Pasta2 tsp Oil, 2 no. Garlic cloves, crushed, medium Onion, sliced, 150 gm Chicken breast, diced, Salt to taste, 1 cup Prepared Peri Peri Sauce, cup Water, 2 cups Boiled Pasta, cup Fresh cream, cup Cheese, grated, 2 tsp extra Virgin Olive oil, 2-3 no. Cherry tomatoes, cut into half, 2-4 no. Basil leaves, roughly torn, For GarnishCheese, grated, Basil leaves, ProcessFor Boiling PastaIn a saucepot, add water, salt to taste, once it's roaring boiled, add macaroni pasta, oil and cook it for 4-5 minutes or until al dente on high flame.Strain the excess water and coat the pasta with oil to avoid sticking to each other. Keep it aside for further use.For Peri Peri SauceIn a bowl, add garlic cloves, green chilies, onions, chili flakes, salt to taste, oil, red bell pepper, tomato, and vinegar.In a saucepot, heat oil, add all vegetables, degi red chili powder and cook it for 6-7 minutes or until cooked well.Add water and blend it into a smooth paste with the help of a hand blender.Add water and keep it aside for further use.For Veg PastaIn a pan, heat oil, add garlic cloves, onion and saute for a minute.Add mushrooms and toss it for 1-2 minutes on high flame.
