PISTA LASSI

Ingredients

¾ cup pishori pistachios, blanched and peeled
4 cups chilled yogurt
1 cup powdered sugar
Mawa burfi for garnish
Pistachio slivered for garnish

Method

1. Put pishori pistachios in a blender jar, add water ½ cup and blend into a smooth paste.
2. Take yogurt into a bowl, add powdered sugar and churn using a wooden churner. Add pistachios paste and churn well.
3. Pour lassi in a serving glass, crush and garnish with mawaburfi on top. Garnish with pistachio slivers.
