Red Chilli Sauce - 1 tbsp
White / Black Pepper - ½ tsp
Oregano Mix - 1 tsp
Chilli Flakes - 1 tsp
Water - ½ - ¾ cup

Maida - 1 cup
Salt - ½ tsp
Oil - 1 ½ to 2 tbsp (less oil = more crispy ; more oil = flaky)

Cheese - ¼ cup
Water - to seal
Oil - to cook
