This is a delightful fusion of traditional pizza ingredients rolled into bite-sized pieces that burst with flavor in every bite.__________ CLICK FOR RECIPE ___________PRINTABLE RECIPE: https://thestayathomechef.com/pizza-rolls/ IngredientsFor the Dough (optional if using store-bought dough):3/4 cup warm water1 tablespoon granulated sugar1 1/2 teaspoons active dry yeast1 3/4 cups all-purpose flour1/2 teaspoon saltFor the Filling:1/3 cup pizza sauce1/2 pound sliced Italian cold cuts or pepperoni1 to 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese1/2 cup parmesan cheese1 tablespoon Italian seasoningsFor the Topping:1/4 cup melted butter1 teaspoon garlic powder1 teaspoon dried parsleyInstructions1 In the bowl of a stand mixer, whisk together the water, sugar, and yeast. Add the flour and salt. With the dough hook, mix on medium speed until the dough comes together.2 Transfer the dough to a lightly greased bowl, cover, and let it rise for 1 hour.3 Preheat your oven to 400F.4 Turn the dough out onto a lightly floured piece of parchment paper and roll it into a large rectangle.5 Spread a thin layer of pizza sauce on the dough, leaving about a 1" border around the edges. Top with sliced cold cuts or pepperoni, then sprinkle with mozzarella cheese, parmesan cheese, and Italian seasoning.6 Roll up the dough in the style of a cinnamon roll. Using a serrated knife, slice the roll into 1-inch pieces and transfer the parchment paper with the slices to a baking sheet. Cover and let the rolls rise for 30 to 45 minutes.7 In a small bowl, mix together the melted butter, garlic powder, and dried parsley.
