Try out this Pizza Samosa Recipe in Tea Time and have a blast of Cheese and Crunch together.#Pizza #PizzaSamosa #SooperchefIngredients for samosa: 1 pack Samosa Patti 1/2 kg Chicken boneless 1/4 cup Onion (chopped) 3 tbsp Sweet corn 2 tbsp Black olives 3 tbsp Pizza sauce Salt to taste 1 tbsp Red chili flakes 1 tsp Garlic powder 1 tbsp Oregano 1/4 cup Capsicum red1/4 cup Capsicum green 1 cup Mozzarella cheese (grated) Ingredients for tomato chutney: 4-5 Tomatoes (peeled) 3-4 Green chilies 1/4 cup Coriander fresh 2-3 tbsp Mint leaves 1 tbsp Sugar 3 Garlic cloves 1/2 tbsp Chili sauce 1 tsp Black pepper Salt to taste 3 tbsp Vinegar Directions for samosa: In a pan add water and boil chicken in it until it’s completely cooked. Then shred the chicken and set aside. In a bowl add chicken, onion, sweet corn, black olives, pizza sauce, black pepper, salt, red chili flakes, garlic powder, oregano, capsicum and mozzarella. Mix all these ingredients well. Then take one samosa patti, add chicken mixture and fold it like triangle. In pan heat oil, fry samosas in it until light golden brown. Directions for tomato chutney: In a blender add tomatoes, green chilies, mint, sugar, garlic, chili sauce, black pepper, salt and vinegar. Blend all these ingredients well and your chutney is ready.
