An indo-European recipe, this Pizza Sev Puri combines two very unusual ingredients into one very sumptuous dish. With its unique texture and taste, you have to try this recipe!

PIZZA SEV PURI
Ingredients

6 puris
2 tablespoons white sauce
2 tablespoons salsa sauce
3 tablespoons boiled sweet corn kernels
2 tablespoons mixed bellpeppers, roughly chopped
½ tablespoon jalapenos, finely chopped
1 tablespoon chilli powder
½ teaspoon chilli flakes +for garnishing
¼ teaspoon dried oregano + for garnishing
Salt to taste
2 tablespoons grated processed cheese

Method
1. Preheat oven at 180˚C.
2. To make the pizza topping, mix together white sauce and salsa sauce in a mixing bowl. Add sweetcorn, bellpeppers, jalapeno and mix. Add chilli powder, chilli flakes, dried oregano and salt, mix well.
3. Take puris in a glass plate, add the pizza topping and grated cheese over it.
4. Put the plate in the baking oven and bake for 8-10 minutes.
5. Remove from the oven and garnish with oregano and chilli flakes.
6. Serve.
