Southindian popular breakfast food with poha which is best eaten with any kind of chutney.http://www.vahrehvah.com/plain-soft-dosa-with-pohaIngredients:Rice, regular 2 CupPar-boiled rice 1 CupUrad dal 1 CupPressed Rice 1/4 CupFenugreek seeds 1/4 TeaspoonsOil 1-2 TablespoonsDirections: 1.Soak rice, par-boiled rice or idli rice, urad dal, pressed rice, fenugreek seeds in water for about 4 hours, drain the water and blend to a fine paste. 2.Keep this batter in a warm place to ferment for 12 hours and then use to make the dosa.
