PLAIN SOFT DOSA WITH POHA | Vahchef - VahRehVah

Southindian popular breakfast food with poha which is best eaten with any kind of chutney.

Ingredients:
Rice, regular 2 Cup
Par-boiled rice 1 Cup
Urad dal 1 Cup
Pressed Rice 1/4 Cup
Fenugreek seeds 1/4 Teaspoons
Oil 1-2 Tablespoons

Directions:
1.Soak rice, par-boiled rice or idli rice, urad dal, pressed rice, fenugreek seeds in water for about 4 hours, drain the water and blend to a fine paste.
2.Keep this batter in a warm place to ferment for 12 hours and then use to make the dosa. Add little salt and mix well.
3.For making the soft dosa, take a spoon full of batter and pour it on the hot tawa and evenly in circular motion to make a slightly thick dosa.
4.Drizzle little oil on the edges of the dosa and just cook for a minute.
5.Fold the dosa, remove and serve hot
