Desi snack with an international twist, this Poppadam pizza is quick and easy to make for your sudden celebrations.POPPADOM PIZZAIngredients50 grams Tata Sampann Spicy Tomato Chutney4 Kerala papadoms½ cup grated mozzarella cheese100 grams cottage cheese (paneer), cut into small cubes¼ cup roughly chopped mixed coloured capsicums2 tbsps boiled sweet corn kernels2 tbsps finely chopped onionDried red chilli flakes for sprinklingCrushed black peppercorns to tasteSalt to taste4-5 black olives, slicedMethod1. Preheat the oven at 180˚C.2. Take Tata Sampann Spicy Tomato Chutney in a bowl and apply it on the papadoms using a brush.3. Sprinkle 1 tbsp mozzarella cheese on each. Arrange a few paneer cubes and add capsicum.4. Add ½ tbsp sweet corn, and ½ tbsp chopped onion on each.Sprinkle red chilli flakes, crushed black peppercorns, salt and place a few olives slices.5.
